CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

After 28 years of professional experience, Michelle has opted for a field where she can best combine and utilize the skills she’s developed in each of the three areas making up her background.

She first spent ten years in IT, working with companies and in IT consulting for key accounts in the insurance and banking sectors. Next, she joined an HR consulting firm, spending another ten years working alongside decision-makers in the service sector. In 2013, she joined the HR department at an ISE boasting 2,500 employees, fueled by a desire to fully embrace an HR role within a company, overseeing managers and working in close contact.

Michelle came to Valumen Atlantique in January 2021 as the Chief Executive Officer, here to support Loire-area organizations through their transformation projects.

QUENTIN VEDEL

PROJECT MANAGER

With a passion for interpersonal relationships, this Kedge Business School graduate discovered HR consulting during time spent consulting for a recruitment company. Quentin then spent the next five years working for a major agent in interim management, where he gained solid experience in the industry sector (metallurgy, agrobusiness, cooperatives, etc.).

His professional ambitions have since led him to expand his regional area of involvement. Quentin joined Valumen Atlantique in January 2021 as a Project Manager, helping to speed up development, identify local talent, and bring a strong commitment to leading projects.

Thibaud de Moucheron

Senior Advisor

After working as an independent consultant on working capital requirement (WCR) topics, Thibaud was co-opted by BKCG in 1993 to create, manage, and develop their “Cash and Cash Management” department. In 1997, he joined Deloitte to create and manage the WCR Department, followed by a stint at Ernst & Young in 2008.
He launched BFR TM in 2010, which has made its name as the top French network of experts in cash and cash management. Having joined VALUMEN in March of 2021 as its Senior Advisor, Thibaud is now in charge of the development and management of referral networks. Thibaud is the co-author of a work on corporate cash problems entitled, “Le Cash Custing,” published in 2004 by Marcom Génération.
